About Performance Management

Like a bank account, it is a place where someone receives Tokens, checks their balances and can make transfers. In addition, you can see your performance metrics as well as check your progress and growth goals compared to your teams.

A Token is a unit of value. It can represent many things such as key performance indicators, skills or core values.

A Token Category is a set of predefined rules developed by BonusBank or its partners. Each Token Category represents a specific value to measure and defines the behavior of created Tokens.

A set of custom Tokens specifically designed for a company or business sector. It can contain various Token Categories like for example bonus Tokens, skill Tokens, social Tokens or impact Tokens.

Two ways: you can pick and choose from our catalogue or you can define them yourself. The latter is great if you want the Tokens to follow your methodology (change management, performance tracking, etc.).

In the BonusBank App or a Personal Performance Report that is sent by email in PDF format with a link for further details.

Yes, managers have access to the data and metrics of the teams they manage. They can access this via the App, the individual PA reports for each user or the dashboard.

Quite a few. Most importantly, for each type of Token (i.e. proactiveness), how one compares to expected performance targets or against others (percentile or ranking). It also show the target amount one is expected to reach, if any.

They exchange Tokens earned for Bonus Tokens and associated rewards. You decide how many of each other Token they need to get one Bonus Token. You also determine the value and due date of your Bonus Token. If as an organization you don't work with monetary rewards, the Tokens can represent awards, recognition or a grade (evaluation).

About our Features and Modules

One core feature is the transfer of tokens between either organization and users or between users. The other one is gaining insight about performance. To achieve transfers and insights, BonusBank has 3 key modules: the APP, the PDX (Performance Data Exchange) and the PI (with its dashboard and data integration API).

The App is mainly designed to keep one's Tokens as in a wallet, view personal performance data and to send and receive Tokens. Team members download the App to access their Performance Account.

The PDX pulls data that trigger transfers out of your existing software. Such data can be about finished tasks or the evolution of KPIs.

The PI produces analytics. You can use our dashboard or export our data to your preferred business intelligence software.
